Relations de travail internes :

- Travaille en étroite collaboration régulière avec les directions opérationnelles de l’entité (Juridique, Fiscale, Financière, contrôle interne, Programmes, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Informatique, Ressource Humaine etc.)

- Travaille en coordination et s’assure du respect des processus et de la performance des travaux réalisés par les centres de services partagés

- Travaille en coordination avec la Direction Comptable et Compliance et la

Direction Performance & Control

- Travaille avec le réseau des chefs comptables

Relations de travail externes :

- Est en relation directe avec les Commissaires aux comptes

- Peut être amené à travailler avec des tiers : fournisseurs externes

concernant les outils utilisés, des organismes publics…

Compétences requises à la tenue de l'emploi

Compétences générales :

- Anglais courant

Compétences métiers :

- Maitrise forte des normes comptables locales et IFRS et connaissances des

systèmes d’information comptables

Savoir-être :

- Capacité à encadrer une équipe

- Capacité à prioriser

- Très grande capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

- Forte rigueur et organisation

- Convaincre, négocier, communiquer et travailler en partenariat

- Confidentialité et discrétion
