Brass Tag Restaurant Manager - Year Round

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. • →Responsible for creating and scheduling for the department and its staff members
• →Responsible for accuracy of all payroll aspects of staff members
• →Supervise, train, and direct staff and delegate tasks as appropriate
• →Assist with inventory and order new supplies as needed
• →Assist bussing, serving, expediting, or bartending as needed
• →Open and close operations and facilities
• →Ensure that all services are being charged correctly
• →Assist with special events and banquets
• →Maintain and/or help implement new efficient and effective work methods and systems
• →Process any pertinent voids or errors on the Infogenesis POS system
• →In charge of product and liquor ordering and storage
• →Other duties as assigned

• One year of experience in restaurant supervision or management required
• POS knowledge and experience required
• Experience with draft and metered pouring and bartending preferred
• Must be “Tips” certified and possess a Food Handler’s card or willingness to get one
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs., withstand frequent up-an-down/ twisting/ repetitive movements, and stand/walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to stand on your feet and walk for a 4 – 8 hours shift
• 21 years of age
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
