Senior Line Cook - Hot Line

Our client, a modern Asian fusion restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Senior Line Cook to lead execution on the hot line. This role is responsible for preparing and executing hot dishes with precision, speed, and consistency in a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen.

The Senior Line Cook will play a key role during peak service, working across stations such as sauté, grill, and wok to ensure dishes are executed to the highest culinary standards.
