Contract Details:

This is a full-time position, with a work week of 40 hours. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Oversee all phases of the project, from planning to completion

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met

- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders

- Prepare and present project reports to clients and company leadership

- Mentor and provide guidance to project team members

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

- Ensure project completion meets quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

- PMP certification is a plus
