Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Accounts Executives will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. 

• Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Sephora.
• Participate, lead, or facilitate high impact training that includes key retailer specific trainings.

• A willingness to work a flexible schedule and make significant local trips with a valid driver’s license, and occasional
overnight travel to visit current accounts.

of the business and the achievement of successful sales results.

Qualification and Experience

▪ BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
▪ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
▪ Proven work experience as an Account manager, or other relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years)
▪ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
▪ Experience in the cosmetic industry is a must.
▪ Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
▪ Knowledge of advertising, merchandising and sales promotion techniques
