Responsibilities

The perfect candidate is an experienced sales person in the Mobile Performance ecosystem, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building relationships with app advertisers. Team player with an entrepreneurial personality, ready to work independently, having the ability to understand and sell product solutions to app developers, and conveying a high level of expertise when speaking to prospects.

What you will do:

  • Introduce Appnext platform & products to potential App Advertisers (non-gaming and gaming) in Europe
  • Create mutually beneficial partnerships by understanding clients' strategic goals, consulting them, and developing plans leading to the expected results.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements
  • Own and oversee new customers' onboarding process and lead them to a long-term successful partnership
  • Cross/up-sell onboarded customers
  • Attend industry events to evangelize Appnext proposition and technology

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in mobile performance environment at the European market – must
  • Contacts and a robust network of direct app advertisers & agencies in at least one European country - must
  • Expertise in selling mobile performance advertising solutions (app user acquisition campaigns) with a proven track record 
  • Understanding of MMPs like Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Singular, etc. - must
  • Great at networking, opening doors, and maintaining strong relationships in the industry that result in long-term business partnerships - must
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex data clearly and professionally in English- must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent - advantage
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage
