Our platform helps retailers manage appointment-driven customer journeys across stores and services, and we work with some of the most interesting brands and retailers in the market.

We’re entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for a Head of Sales to help scale our enterprise retail business.

This is a chance to play a central role in building the commercial engine of a company operating at the intersection of retail, technology and customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team to help build the commercial engine behind the next stage of Appointedd’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business sales with enterprise retail customers

  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities

  • Navigate complex organisations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Lead complex, high-value commercial conversations with some of the most interesting retailers in the market, often working directly with senior decision-makers across digital, store and commercial teams

  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team on key deals

  • Help shape how our sales function evolves as we scale

This role combines enterprise selling, commercial strategy and leadership.

You’re a strong commercial operator who enjoys executing on GTM strategies as much as selling.

You’re comfortable working in environments where things are evolving quickly, and you enjoy helping customers see new possibilities.

You likely enjoy:

  • Winning strategic accounts

  • Building long-term commercial relationships

  • Navigating complex organisations

  • Selling ideas as well as products

  • Enterprise SaaS or platform sales

  • Experience selling into retail or consumer-facing businesses

  • Exposure to commerce, marketing or retail technology

Retail experience is a big advantage, but not essential.
