Join us as a Senior Account Manager at Aptitude Software, where you will play a strategic and commercially focused role in managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will be responsible for building senior stakeholder relationships, driving account growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients realise long-term value from Aptitude’s solutions.

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with ownership of client relationships, commercial performance, and long-term account strategy

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor across finance, operations, and technology functions

  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Aptitude’s product suite to drive incremental revenue growth

  • Leading commercial discussions including renewals, pricing negotiations, contract extensions, and account planning activities

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and business objectives

  • Driving high levels of client retention and customer satisfaction across your account portfolio

  • Partnering closely with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Partnerships teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing client value.

  • Managing escalations effectively and acting as a senior point of contact for key client stakeholders

  • Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account reporting to senior leadership

  • Representing Aptitude and Fynapse professionally at executive-level meetings, client reviews, and industry events

  • Maintaining a strong understanding of Aptitude’s product suite, market positioning, and broader finance technology landscape

  • Managing a strategic book of business with ownership for achieving a 12% annual growth target, balancing retention protection with proactive expansion and commercial development

This role is based from our London office and we support hybrid working
