Bar Manager

Help us make every round of golf, dinner, and special event a memorable experience. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with people, and leading by example, we’d love to meet you!

• →Lead and support bartenders and wait staff during restaurant, bar, and event shifts.
• →Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• →Work alongside your team to keep service running smoothly.
• →Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests receive outstanding customer service.
• →Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• →Monitor inventory, beverage supplies, and product costs while helping reduce waste.
• →Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown.
• →Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and Head Chef on drink specials, promotions, and guest-focused initiatives.
• →Complete shift documentation, cash-handling procedures, and other required records.
• →Help ensure compliance with New York State Liquor Authority regulations and agency policies.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Three years of bartending experience required.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
