Responsibilities

→One or more industry-standard IT certificates (Esri, CompTIA, Microsoft, Amazon)
→Experience providing technical support for a distributed and disconnected ArcGIS Enterprise environment
→Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methods
→Familiarity with database and web server maintenance
