• →One or more industry-standard IT certificates (Esri, CompTIA, Microsoft, Amazon)
• →Experience providing technical support for a distributed and disconnected ArcGIS Enterprise environment 
• →Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methods  
• →Familiarity with database and web server maintenance
