International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

To further expand our international footprint, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who will develop new markets, acquire international clients and strategically grow long-term business relationships.
- Achievement of annual sales and profit targets
- Growth of new international accounts
- Sustainable revenue development and margin performance
- Successful onboarding of new clients into ARIAN’s production and operational structure
- Strong collaboration across internal departments
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally within print, POS, retail or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of production processes and materials
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel internationally
