ACG_3546_JOB Our client is a Vietnamese company specializing in seafood and value-added food products, seeking experienced professionals to join their team. Developed and managed international accounts across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the EU, and the U.S. for shrimp crackers, dried fish, breaded fish products, and other value-added seafood products. Built and executed business development strategies for target markets by researching market demand, analyzing competitors, and recommending suitable export product portfolios. Handled direct communication with overseas clients, including product consultation, quotation preparation, negotiation, and export contract execution. Coordinated with factories to monitor production schedules and delivery timelines, ensuring quality standards and on-time fulfillment. Followed up on export orders and contracts, customer payments, and post-sales issues. Assisted with export procedures and documentation. Prepared for and participated in international trade fairs and trade promotion events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food, seafood, or FMCG industry. Proficient in English for both communication and business purposes. Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Benefits Salary and bonuses are negotiable based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
