Aritec New Materials Group AG is a leading global developer and manufacturer of advanced synthetic materials, high-performance fibers, and specialized products serving the energy, mining, electrification, and industrial infrastructure sectors. Our portfolio encompasses:

  • Short-fiber carbon reinforcement for construction and infrastructure
  • Oil & Gas pipe reinforcement using proprietary carbon-based technologies
  • High-temperature, low-sag (HTLS) electrical cable solutions for grid modernization and renewable energy integration
  • Synthetic pendants and ropes for mining draglines, rope shovels, and crane applications
  • Advanced conveyor belting systems for heavy-duty Mining applications

Our customers include global leaders in energy, subsea engineering, electrification, infrastructure, and mining—including tier-1 operators across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with 1 to 5 years of experience. If you are a high energy, self and goal driven person, with engineering background, this role is for you. You will not only engage with world leading companies, you will contribute to expand technological frontiers and learn practical business skills.

This role is based in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Requirements

  • BA or Master in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Please ONLY apply if you have engeering background.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in another lanaguage(s) is valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to set, monitor, and achieve annual sales goals and long-term forecasts.
  • Confidence in representing the company at industrial fairs and events, showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, including R&D and senior management.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
