Due to exciting growth plans for our Norway operations, Ashtead Technology are looking for a Sales Engineer to join us and bolster our sales team to ensure our growth this year and beyond!

We are open to applications from professionals with a Survey/Subsea background, including Workshop Managers, Survey Technicians, ROV Pilots and any other technical Survey/ROV roles.
Day to day you'll be involved in:

  • Proactively managing and strengthening customer relationships by being their problem solving “go to” person, advising on solutions from our Survey & Robotics and ROV Tooling Service line.
  • Actioning customer leads and enquires issuing and following through on quotes and proposals in a timely manner to win opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products/services, generate leads, and strengthen the company's brand.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of AT products/services and providing technical advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Resource Coordination - Liaising between sales, technical, and operational teams to align project goals with client expectations & ensuring availability and proper utilization of resources.
  • Quality assurance - Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications & conducting project reviews and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.


What experience you'll bring

  • Previous experience and knowledge of subsea survey equipment and ROV operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship development and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated towards the accomplishment of common goals/business objectives in a highly collaborative, yet demanding environment.
  • Strong network within the ROV/Subsea industry in Norway.
