We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist II to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to Account Managers supporting strategic customers in Taiwan. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Forecast-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient order management, and seamless collaboration with Sales, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Business Development teams.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the complete Forecast-to-Cash cycle for assigned accounts, including forecast management, quotation preparation, order validation, delivery schedule coordination, and payment tracking
- →Identify and flag potential upsides or risks related to quarterly and annual targets to drive success.
- →Facilitating forecast alignment and production slotting activities with internal departments and enhance the operation efficiency
- →Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare accurate quotations and product configurations within ERP systems
- →Review customer documentation and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
- →Work with Finance to manage bundled/package deals and monitor customer credit status
- →Act as the regional point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and control requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales operations or a business-related field, preferably in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with teams
- Proficient in SAP, CRM, Salesforce, and power BI to leverage technology in your role.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, bringing diverse perspectives together.
- Highly proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
