Responsibilities

·  Receive, assess, prioritize, and coordinate responses for emergency and non-emergency incidents.

·  Dispatch appropriate personnel and resources based on incident type, severity, and operational impact.

·  Serve as the primary communication area during system failures, fire alarms, injuries, weather events, infrastructure disruptions, and other critical incidents.

·  Monitor active incidents through resolution and maintain continuous situational awareness.

·  Coordinate communications with key airport stakeholders, including Airport Leadership, Fire Rescue, Airport Police, contractors, airlines, and other stakeholders.

·  Maintain incident command support through detailed event tracking and status reporting.

·  Continuously monitor life-safety and operational systems including Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), elevators, escalators, moving sidewalks, emergency phones, paging systems, and other infrastructure monitoring platforms.

·  Evaluate and interpret alarms, alerts, and system notifications to determine appropriate response actions.

·  Initiate emergency notifications and escalation procedures when required.

·  Identify recurring equipment failures or operational trends and communicate concerns to local leadership.

·  Manage high-volume telephone, radio, and electronic communications.

·  Coordinate work requests through technology platforms used to support airport operations.

·  Dispatch maintenance, custodial, transportation, 911, and support resources.

·  Monitor response times and ensure timely completion of operational requests.

·  Support airport continuity during irregular operations and large-scale events.

·  Cross train with other internal AATC departments.

·  Familiarization with airport facilities and processes will be required job training.

·  Exercise independent judgment when prioritizing simultaneous incidents and operational demands.

·  Determine escalation levels based on risk, operational impact, and public safety concerns.

·  Provide real-time recommendations and operational updates to supervisors and airport partners.

·  Accurately document incidents, dispatch actions, notifications, and resolutions.

·  Complete detailed incident reports and after-action documentation.

·  Ensure compliance with AATC policies, airport regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
