This role sits within Dealertrack Canada, the country’s top automotive financing portal, processing more than 6.5 million credit applications each year. You’ll be at the forefront of market-defining product innovations, working with an exceptional team that consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the product SME for fraud prevention solutions during the sales cycle
- →Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to dealership needs
- →Partner with dealership clients to address technical and regulatory questions
- →Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery, managing expectations and timelines
- →Support ongoing activation and enablement of dealer users
- →Contribute to new product launches and feedback loops with Product and Engineering
- →Stay informed on emerging fraud and risk trends and legislation and support related initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 10+ years’ experience in software, FinTech, automotive retail, fraud/risk management, or data products
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, especially in sales engineering or solution consulting
- Experience working with dealerships, dealer groups, or automotive retail clients is a strong asset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and discovery abilities
- Collaborative mindset with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Client-oriented approach with a focus on trust-building and solution alignment
- Bilingual is a plus

The base salary range for this position is CAD 90K + Performance Incentive
This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role, the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
