• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, coordination skills and stakeholder management
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (Zoho people, workday etc)
• Eagerness to learn and grow across HR functions
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  
• Exposure to multiple HR functions
  
• Learning-focused and growth-oriented environment
