Service Delivery Manager – Artificial Lift Services

Our team ensures production continuity through Artificial Lift and Pump Products and Services to our customers, enabling increased productivity of hydrocarbon production facilities. We provide technical solutions to help with all their challenges.

You will be responsible for the financials, resource allocation/deployment and service execution required to perform critical services and maintenance activities on both Baker Hughes and customers' sites.

• Profit and Loss (P&L) management to meet the expectations of the business.
• Resource allocation and deployment to maintain service quality across the Area of responsibility.
• Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace is maintained for all personnel, and that continuous improvement initiatives are effectively deployed.
• Coordinating the Product Line's growth targets by providing expert application support across a broad array of technical solutions
• Reviewing the clients' production concerns and provide solutions through the PL supports team on the use of products to solve the corresponding request.
• Elaborating and identifying opportunities to develop new products and bring these to the attention of Business Development and R&D function for further investigation and development.
• Providing support on training on the performance and applications for Artificial Lift. In coordination with the global technical team, contribute to develop and maintain technical resources for use by the commercial team and customers including technical data sheets, application briefs, bulletins and presentations.
• Supporting manufacturing and sales to analyze customer complaints for product quality and/or performance.
• Being able to support on presentation at external forum within the industry to support promotion and expand awareness of the product line.

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Have a minimum 7 experience in sales and or technical/operations in Artificial Lift Services.
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships
• Have knowledge in managing P&Ls
• Show solid previous experience and understanding of Artificial Lift business including financial acumen
• Have previous experience as a leader in an ALS product line
