The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's project at the Defense Technology Transfer Program, and perform the following duties:

• →Establish partnerships with industry, academia, and other government agencies
• →Promote growth and commercialization of technology
• →Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR
• →Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
• →Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases
• →Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including IT inventions and technology transfer
• →Develop project from inception to deployment
• →General experience in information systems design and/or management
• →Develop and manage the PMP
• →Manage and motivate the team
• →Provide necessary approvals
• →Develop project reports
• →Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies.
• →Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches

• US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, A PMP is preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience
