We are looking for motivated and driven In-Home Bath Design Consultants to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners and wants unlimited earning potential.

As an In-Home Bath Design Consultant, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners who are interested in remodeling their bathrooms. You will guide customers through the design process, recommend customized solutions, present options, and close sales.

No cold calling required — all appointments are provided by our dedicated marketing team.

• →Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• →Conduct professional bathroom design consultations.
• →Learn customer needs and recommend the best remodeling solutions.
• →Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• →Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• →Close sales during the consultation process.
• →Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
• →Follow company sales processes and procedures.

• Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and participate in our fully paid training program.
