This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Organize and manage assigned projects from the ground up to commissioning.
- Monitor key project key parameters, including budget, timeline, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and facilitate project execution, including project administration, correspondence, and the flow of information and data.
- Attend progress and technical meetings; perform site inspections to resolve issues when they arise.
- Prepare cost estimations and analyses.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Oversee delivery and commissioning processes.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management team.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
- Manage construction operations on-site, ensuring a successful project completion with time, budget, and quality constraints.
- Conduct planning and scheduling.
- Provide technical advice and solve on-site problems.
- Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and legislation.
- Manage materials scheduling and budgeting.
Requirements for the position:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Solid knowledge of Cyprus contracts.
- Fluency in Greek and English, with Russian as a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCad, and MS Office.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Team player with leadership abilities.
- Reports to the Senior Project Manager.
