The Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master will lead the successful delivery of enterprise data platform, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. In this role, you will combine strategic project management with hands-on Agile leadership, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning to deployment and operational handover. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned and delivery remains on track. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, removing obstacles, and maintaining transparency across multiple concurrent initiatives. You will also oversee project governance, testing, release readiness, and stakeholder communication while promoting continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology delivery professional who can translate complex technical requirements into structured execution and measurable business outcomes.
End-to-End Project and Program Management: Lead the delivery of enterprise data platform, integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives from initial intake and discovery through requirements definition, design, development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational transition.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery timelines, milestones, resources, scope, and business objectives remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestone trackers, RAID logs, RACI matrices, stakeholder registers, decision logs, status reports, test plans, deployment checklists, and lessons learned.
Agile Leadership and Scrum Facilitation: Serve as the Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead for data platform teams, promoting effective Agile practices and continuously improving delivery quality, velocity, and predictability.
