• Assist in the Planning, preparation, and presentation of food in accordance with the established menu.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing new recipes and improving menu offerings.
• Manage inventory, placing orders, and controlling food costs. Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a consistent level of quality and creativity in every dish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in or in a similar culinary role, preferably in Italian cuisine.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent knowledge of food safety regards and quality standards.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Passion for food and a keen eye for detail in presentation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
