Restaurant Manager

Responsible for leading and managing front-of-house restaurant operations within an upscale dining environment. The Restaurant Manager ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, team performance, and adherence to service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily restaurant operations and front-of-house performance. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ FOH employees. • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction. • Manage scheduling, service flow, and operational procedures. • Handle guest relations and resolve service concerns professionally. • Support business goals, revenue growth, and team productivity. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management. • Minimum 7+ years hospitality management experience. • Strong experience within upscale restaurant concepts. • Ability to adapt to multicultural environments. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Flexible to work extended shifts, 6 days per week.
