Responsibilities

  • Drive new multifamily broadband partnerships with ownership groups, operators, developers, and real estate investors.
  • Build and advance a pipeline of apartment community and portfolio opportunities for network expansion in target markets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and property access agreements, then coordinate internally to move deals toward execution.
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to confirm feasibility, support smooth handoff, and maintain deal momentum.
  • Develop market presence through industry events, networking, and strategic relationship building across the multifamily ecosystem.
  • Sell confidently to senior decision makers who care about property economics, resident experience, and long-term asset value.
  • Background in fiber, broadband, telecom infrastructure, technology services, or multifamily partnership sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening doors and creating new revenue opportunities.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with ownership groups and senior real estate stakeholders.
  • Comfort discussing both commercial value and operational considerations in a consultative sales process.
  • Self-directed work style, strong follow-through, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving, less bureaucratic environment.
  • Existing relationships in multifamily housing, property ownership, development, or adjacent real estate channels are highly valued.
