Drive new multifamily broadband partnerships with ownership groups, operators, developers, and real estate investors. Build and advance a pipeline of apartment community and portfolio opportunities for network expansion in target markets.
Background in fiber, broadband, telecom infrastructure, technology services, or multifamily partnership sales. Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening doors and creating new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drive new multifamily broadband partnerships with ownership groups, operators, developers, and real estate investors.
- →Build and advance a pipeline of apartment community and portfolio opportunities for network expansion in target markets.
- →Negotiate commercial terms and property access agreements, then coordinate internally to move deals toward execution.
- →Partner with technical and delivery teams to confirm feasibility, support smooth handoff, and maintain deal momentum.
- →Develop market presence through industry events, networking, and strategic relationship building across the multifamily ecosystem.
- →Sell confidently to senior decision makers who care about property economics, resident experience, and long-term asset value.
- Background in fiber, broadband, telecom infrastructure, technology services, or multifamily partnership sales.
- Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening doors and creating new revenue opportunities.
- Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with ownership groups and senior real estate stakeholders.
- Comfort discussing both commercial value and operational considerations in a consultative sales process.
- Self-directed work style, strong follow-through, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving, less bureaucratic environment.
- Existing relationships in multifamily housing, property ownership, development, or adjacent real estate channels are highly valued.
