Eastern Territory Manager

Drive sales growth across an assigned multi-state region by developing strategic account plans and building long-term customer partnerships.
5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within structured cabling, telecom, or low-voltage technical products. Deep technical understanding of structured cabling systems, including coaxial, fiber, and copper (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A).
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drive sales growth across an assigned multi-state region by developing strategic account plans and building long-term customer partnerships.
- →Travel extensively to conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations with existing and prospective clients.
- →Deliver tailored structured cabling solutions that address customer needs in industries such as telecom, broadband, and infrastructure.
- →Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation and quoting through to deal closing and post-sale follow-up.
- →Collaborate with internal technical, logistics, and product teams to ensure accurate delivery of customized solutions.
- →Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and support continued revenue growth.
- →Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and regional networking events.
- →Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM updates to regional and national sales leadership.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within structured cabling, telecom, or low-voltage technical products.
- Deep technical understanding of structured cabling systems, including coaxial, fiber, and copper (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Demonstrated success building new business within a defined territory.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for in-person engagements.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining consistent communication with internal teams.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
