Responsibilities

  • Partner with account leaders to uncover business needs and map them to solution strategies for procurement and supply chain stakeholders
  • Lead discovery sessions with business and technical teams to define workflows, integrations, data requirements, and success criteria
  • Build tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and value narratives that connect platform capabilities to customer priorities
  • Translate customer objectives into clear solution recommendations, scope outlines, and technically sound proposal content
  • Support RFP and RFI efforts by contributing architecture insight, implementation considerations, and practical solution positioning
  • Evaluate fit across product capabilities, integration needs, and delivery expectations to keep opportunities progressing with confidence
  • Guide customer conversations on workflows, enterprise architecture, data movement, and operational use cases
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, simplifying complex topics for both technical and executive audiences
  • Share market feedback with internal teams to strengthen product direction and improve repeatable pre-sales practices
  • Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, workshops, and selected industry-facing events
  • 5 or more years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software delivery
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or adjacent operational environments
  • Track record of leading customer-facing discovery, workshops, demonstrations, and technical solution discussions
  • Ability to turn complex business processes into structured recommendations, technical documentation, and commercially useful proposal content
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, enterprise SaaS environments, data models, and workflow-driven platforms
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with a consultative mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical teams and executive audiences
  • Comfort operating in growth-oriented environments where priorities evolve and cross-functional collaboration is essential

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI-enabled, automation-focused, analytics, or workflow orchestration solutions

  • Ability to travel as needed for customer and business engagement
