Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Pay: Salary plus commission

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this leadership position, you will guide and coach our Sales Consultants through the sales process. You appraise vehicles, structure deals, and act as a second point of contact for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior automotive sales experience is required, automotive management experience is preferred
• PA Vehicle Sales License
