As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by supporting kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

Responsibilities include:

• →Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• →Assisting with food preparation according to recipes and chef instructions
• →Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• →Properly storing food and monitoring food safety standards
• →Supporting restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
• →Participating in team meetings and training sessions
• →Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• →Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Frequent use of hands and arms for food preparation and cleaning tasks
• Occasional bending, reaching, and climbing
