Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end project delivery, consistently achieving milestones, quality standards, and client expectations across multiple engagements

→Manage fixed price and outcome-based projects, optimizing operational processes to maximize value and profitability

→Develop precise project estimations, monitor key metrics, and deliver progress reports using Agile tools to support data-driven decisions

→Engage stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, create user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives

→Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on SAFe and Scrum methodologies, driving continuous improvement and high team performance

→Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, mitigating risks and minimizing resistance

→Oversee revenue recognition and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations in accordance with project contracts

→Promote business operations excellence by leveraging Agile SAFe framework to deliver innovative solutions and measurable outcomes

Expertise in Project Delivery Management within Agile and SAFe frameworks

Demonstrated ability to manage fixed price and outcome-based project delivery

Strong proficiency with Agile SAFe framework and Agile metrics/reporting tools

Experience in backlog grooming, requirements gathering, and user story creation

Hands-on Agile coaching and facilitation skills

Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition and invoicing processes

Ability to leverage digital tools and technologies for project management

Proficiency in estimation techniques and business operations metrics

SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification

Certified Professional Scrum Master (CSM or PSM1)

Nice to Have
