Sales Manager

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Manager for a Regional company offering IT Solutions (Products & Services) in Ramallah, Palestine. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company sales processes and standards. Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s footprint. Maintain and enhance the sales team’s product knowledge, customer service, and technical expertise. Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experiences. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical business practices. Requirements Strong understanding of IT products and services, software solutions, and industry trends. Proven track record in sales planning and team leadership. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel. Has a car with a valid driver’s license. Holding a Jordanian passport is an advantage. Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in IT sector sales. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.
