Sales Representative (IT Products & Services)

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Sales Representative (IT Products & Services) for a Regional company offering IT Solutions (Products & Services) in Ramallah, Palestine. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales activities with the team to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and customer interactions within the CRM system. Ensure adherence to established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and company policies. Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members by sharing product knowledge and sales best practices. Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the Sales Manager. Requirements Proven experience in IT Products and service sales. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in technical writing and developing sales proposals. Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets. Willingness and ability to perform field work. Has a car with a valid driver’s license. Holding a Jordanian passport is an advantage. Years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Solutions sales. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.
