Senior Sales Manager (for International Brands)

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager (for International Brands) for a Trading/FMCG Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for international brands to achieve revenue objectives and increase market share, and manage sales activities. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales supervisors and field representatives. Monitor market trends and brand performance to identify sales opportunities. Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasting, and performance metrics to senior management. Requirements In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Palestine. Demonstrated success in sales management with a focus on overseeing international brands. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills. Leadership and Management skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Planning and organizing skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Valid driver’s license. Ability and willingness to travel. Years of experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic & English.
