To introduce a Team Lead Nights role that strengthens operational support, leadership cover, and compliance management within the cash and carry operation, while supporting local walk-in sales growth.

The Team Lead Nights will support the Manager in the running of the site, provide cover during absence, and take a hands-on approach to support teams, maintain standards, and ensure continuity of leadership on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Value Centre Cork.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and leadership cover in the absence of the Manager/Assistant Manager

Support compliance across:

  Food Safety

  Health & Safety

  Medicinal products
- →
  Transport and distribution
- →
  Order assembly and route preparation

Assist with daily operational planning and execution

Support team supervision, coaching and task allocation
→
Support Loading and unloading of customer orders to delivery vehicles

Be highly motivated with excellent communication skills.

Have experience in a replenishment function (desirable).
Be a team player.
Be results driven.
Have strong negotiating and influencing skills, and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
