About the Role
~1 min readBeing an SDR at Camber involves reaching out to potential clients (pediatric behavioral health owners) to generate interest in our platform. SDRs will focus on booking demos for the sales team, building relationships with potential clients, and executing marketing campaigns to support the growth of the Camber community. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, healthcare, and helping clinician-led businesses survive and thrive.

Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Camber Health's solution.

Relationship Building: Building rapport with prospects and addressing initial objections.

CRM Management: Tracking and documenting account and decision-maker details in the CRM.

Goal Achievement: Meeting weekly goals for demo bookings and lead generation.
Sales Passion: Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to drive top-of-funnel growth.
