As a Lead Cook, you will help oversee the daily kitchen operation and ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Preparing, cooking, and serving meals
• →Following company recipes and meal production guidelines
• →Assisting with baking and food preparation
• →Helping with kitchen cleanup and sanitation
• →Providing direction and assistance to kitchen staff
• →Monitoring food quality and proper food handling
• →Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• →Helping ensure meals are completed on time
• →Working as part of a team to keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly

We're looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to the workplace.

You should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a structured correctional environment
• Ability to read and follow company recipes and instructions
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Dependability and good attendance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to successfully obtain facility clearance

This is a Full-Time position.
