Lead Cook

Tigg's Canteen Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Cook to become part of our team at Ottawa County Jail.

As a Lead Cook, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work alongside the food service team while providing direction and assistance with daily meal preparation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Leading, instructing, and assisting inmates in the kitchen.
• →Preparing meals according to company recipes
• →Food preparation and cooking
• →Baking
• →Kitchen clean-up
• →Following company procedures and food service standards
• →Working effectively within a structured correctional environment
• →Safely handling and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
