💰 Pay: $20.00 per hour
🕒 Position: Permanent Part-Time

As a Lead Cook, you will help oversee and participate in the daily kitchen operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Leading and assisting inmates within the kitchen
• →Preparing and cooking food according to company recipes
• →Assisting with baking and food preparation
• →Providing instruction and guidance to others when needed
• →Helping maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• →Assisting with kitchen clean-up
• →Following company policies, procedures, and recipes

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Work successfully in a structured correctional environment
• Read and follow company recipes and instructions
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Lead, instruct, and work alongside others
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, baking, and clean-up
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Applicants must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Availability to work varying days and hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• The ability to obtain clearance approval to enter the facility

Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred, but we believe the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
