We're looking for an SDR to join our Cork team, focused on the UK and Ireland market.
You'll be responsible for generating outbound pipeline — identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. You'll work a defined territory, get to know your market deeply, and build the foundations of a long-term career in B2B sales.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone with around a year of SDR experience who is looking for a structured environment to grow, hit targets, and develop toward an Account Executive position.
Responsibilities
~2 min readOutbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Research and identify target accounts across the UK and Ireland, run personalised outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and book quality discovery calls for the AE team.
Market focus
Develop a genuine understanding of your territory — the key verticals, typical buyer personas, and what makes them tick in the UK and Irish market context.
Tool-led selling
Use our sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to manage your pipeline, track activity, and keep your data clean and accurate.
AI-powered productivity
We actively encourage SDRs to incorporate AI tools into their daily workflow — from prospecting research to message personalisation. If you've started building these habits, we want to hear about it.
Continuous improvement
Use data and feedback to sharpen your messaging and approach. You'll have regular coaching from your manager and access to sales enablement resources to keep getting better.
What we're looking for
- →1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- →Experience or familiarity selling into the UK and/or Irish market
- →A track record of hitting targets consistently — not just the occasional great month
- →Comfortable with Salesforce and outbound sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo or similar)
- →Strong written and verbal communication — you can craft a compelling, personalised message and adjust your approach on a call
- →Coachable, curious, and genuinely motivated to grow in a sales career
- →Happy working in a hybrid environment — our Cork office is where a lot of the energy happens
