Here are some key benefits of being in a talent pool: Linkage to employers Access to Opportunities and skill matching Networking Career Development Position: Customer relations Internship (Talent Pool) Experience: 0-1 year Location: Multiple (Kenya and Global) Industries: Multiple Roles Within the Talent Pool Include (but not limited to): Call center intern Customer service representative intern Customer support intern Help desk intern Customer relations intern Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels, such as email, chat, phone, or social media, in a professional and timely manner. Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns by providing information, troubleshooting, or escalating more complex issues to senior customer service representatives. Provide first-level customer support, including addressing common questions, troubleshooting technical problems, and guiding customers on product usage. Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issue resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collect and document customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to help identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in monitoring the quality of customer interactions and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Educate customers on product features and benefits, guiding them through processes, and offering tips for improved product usage. Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback on their overall experience. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to provide coordinated responses to customer inquiries and needs. Share insights and customer feedback with the customer relations team to improve processes and product development. Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist in generating reports on customer service metrics, such as response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Seek opportunities for professional growth and development, such as attending training sessions or workshops related to customer service and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
