• →Establish inventory strategies that balance material availability, customer service, and working capital.
• →Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, supplier issues, and capacity constraints.
• →Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, process optimization, and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• →Establish and monitor key performance metrics and hold the organization accountable for results.
• →Lead and develop the Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• →Oversee production planning, scheduling, MRP, and material availability to support customer and production requirements.
• →Manage procurement activities and supplier performance, including cost, quality, delivery, and lead times.
• →Direct warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, receiving, and shipping.
• →Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, freight costs, and customer delivery performance.
• →Partner cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with plant and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field strongly preferred.
• 5-plus years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience across planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
• Strong MRP/ERP, inventory management, supplier management, and Lean/continuous improvement experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
