Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end warehouse operation at our Hellaby site, ensuring materials, packaging and finished products are available where they need to be, when they need to be there, and in the right condition.

You'll be responsible for creating a safe, efficient and high-performing operation that supports both site and customer requirements. Leading and developing the warehouse team, you'll provide clear direction, build capability and drive a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic thinking. You'll use your understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution to improve processes, enhance service levels and deliver strong performance across safety, quality, stock accuracy and cost. Working closely with teams across the site, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, solve operational challenges and ensure the warehouse is equipped to respond to changing business needs.

We're looking for a confident and hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership, developing people and continuously improving the way a warehouse operates. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on performance, service and culture within a critical site function.

• Warehouse leadership experience
  Experience managing warehouse, logistics or operational teams within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment

• Strong people management capability
  A track record of leading, coaching and developing teams while successfully managing performance, capability and colleague engagement

• Warehouse and operational expertise
  A strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution processes, with the ability to identify and implement improvements

• Health & Safety knowledge
  Experience managing warehouse safety standards, MHE operations and compliance within a manufacturing or logistics environment

• Strong analytical and organisational skills
  The ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret performance data, solve problems and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment

• Effective communication skills
  Confidence building relationships with colleagues at all levels and external partners, creating clarity, accountability and alignment across the operation
