• →Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions in alignment with company policies
• →Perform routine repairs and general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plastering)
• →Replace lighting and safely perform maintenance in elevated areas
• →Respond promptly to unscheduled maintenance requests and emergencies
• →Replenish maintenance supplies and support preventative maintenance routines
• →Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment
• →Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times
• →Support apartments/units to ensure readiness for residents
• →Collaborate with team members on various maintenance tasks (drywall, cabinetry, appliances, etc.)
• →Participate in ongoing training and continuous learning

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance team environment
• Ability to perform mostly indoor work with occasional physical demands
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

• Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing and electrical schematics
