Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions in alignment with company policies
- →Perform routine repairs and general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plastering)
- →Replace lighting and safely perform maintenance in elevated areas
- →Respond promptly to unscheduled maintenance requests and emergencies
- →Replenish maintenance supplies and support preventative maintenance routines
- →Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment
- →Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times
- →Support apartments/units to ensure readiness for residents
- →Collaborate with team members on various maintenance tasks (drywall, cabinetry, appliances, etc.)
- →Participate in ongoing training and continuous learning
What We Offer

~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance team environment
- Ability to perform mostly indoor work with occasional physical demands
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
