Cake Decorator (Part-Time)

As a Cake Decorator at Festival Foods, you will:

• →Decorate Bakery Items: Top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
• →Enhance Visual Appeal: Boost sales by creating visually appealing and unique bakery items that exceed our guests' expectations.
• →Customer Service: Provide excellent service by assisting guests with their bakery needs, taking special orders, and bringing their cake design visions to life.
• →Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh and appealing by rotating products and ensuring adequate stock levels.
• →Quality and Freshness: Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring products are fresh and removing any items that do not meet our standards.
• →Collaborate: Work closely with the Cake Decorator II and other bakery associates to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• →Food Safety: Keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to all food safety guidelines.
• →Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
• →Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that typically includes mornings, afternoons, weekends, and the potential for evening and holiday shifts as needed.
