This is a full time internship with the HR Compensation Team. This is a temporaory 18 month position.

 

The Compensation Specialist Intern provides collaborative, team and service-oriented support for the organization’s compensation programs and systems.

This position processes routine pay increases, bonus payments, market adjustments, merit increases, and annual incentives; maintains position and job description information; and administers compensation-related systems and data.

The Compensation Specialist Intern also responds to employee and manager inquiries and requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, Human Resources partners, and other team members.

✓Ability to communicate compensation-related information to managers and employees clearly, concisely, and professionally.
✓Demonstrates a responsive, service-oriented approach to assisting employees and managers.

✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, sorting, vlookup, PivotTables and macros, or the demonstrated ability and willingness to develop these skills.
✓General proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, or the demonstrated ability and willingness to develop these skills.
✓Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, systems, and organizational needs.
