Workforce & Operations Analyst

When staffing is off — even by a little — members wait longer and service levels slip. As part of the WFM & Operations team, you’re the analytical engine behind Member Services and Live Services staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting. You don’t just pull numbers; you identify trends, flag gaps in real time, and give leadership the insights they need to act before service levels fall short.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with analytical processes, tools, and approaches
• Experience with Workforce Management software covering scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting

• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools sufficient to build, modify, and maintain dashboards and performance reports
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate reports tailored to varied stakeholder audiences
