Roto-Rooter is currently seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. If you have previous experience in outside sales and aspire to succeed in a leading company, we encourage you to apply!

This opportunity provides:Sales Representatives are paid a weekly salary of $500 during and after training. After training, they are eligible for 5% of total sales after $15,000 in weekly qualified sales and an additional 2% of total sales after $25,000 in qualified sales per week PLUS mileage.
This position has a weekly base pay plus commission.
All leads provided, no cold calls.

Responsibilities

→A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
→Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
→Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
→Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
→Plumbing experience is not necessary or required however, knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required.
→Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
→A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.
→Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
→Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.
→Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
