• →Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software 
• →Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets
• →Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures
• →Vendor setup
• →Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries
• →Research accrued items not matched to an invoice
• →Assist in monthly closings

• Willing to undergo a credit check
• Hard-working and dependable
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)
• General understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn industry-specific software
• Experience with ERP software a plus
