Hotel Cook

We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and brand standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

• →Provide guests with highest possible experience of food quality and presentation
• →Able to cook multiple tickets at once to ensure the timeliness of service for the guests
• →Keep open communication between management and employees
• →Ensure food quality standards are followed by all; appearance, taste, garnishment of plate and rotation of products
• →Ensure that the opening and closing procedures are completed
• →Ensure proper health code standards and followed
• →Efficiently expedite food from front line during busy meal periods
• →Responsible for adhering to company use records, recipes, applicable Franchise and management company’s Standard Operating Procedures, meat charts, etc.
• →Take immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen
• →Follow brand procedures on portion control
• →Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• →Efficiently work all areas as needed or directed
• →Know and adhere to state/local health codes and ordinances
• →Performs such other additional and related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or General Manager

• At Least one year Culinary or Restaurant Experience • Show enthusiasm for food

• Must be Coachable
• Must be able to cook dishes as taught, the same way every time
• Ability to work neatly and clean as you go
• Ability to work in a safe manner and to stay focused under pressure
